KITCHEN SINK CRUSTLESS QUICHE

Prep time 30 minutes Cooking time 45 minutes Serves 4 (good sized pieces)

Ingredients

1# browned meat (can be beef, veal, pork, sausage…)                   bacon pieces (amount is up to you)

8-10 eggs                                                                                                             1 1/2 C heavy cream

2 Tbsp cream cheese (softened)                                                               Shredded cheese

Spice mix of your choosing 2 Tbsp good butter

Directions

1) When making this, the first thing to know is that you can switch it up & use WHATEVER ingredients you have on hand or feel like using!

2) Preheat the oven to 350 F. Put butter in a deep dish pie plate & pop it in the oven while it heats.

3) Assemble all your ingredients, & pull the warm buttered dish out of the oven.

4) Spread the meat around the bottom of the dish, then layer in cheeses, spices, & bacon.

5) Whisk together the eggs & cream, and pour over the other ingredients. Sprinkle a little more cheese over the top.

6) Bake for 45 minutes, or until the eggs look set & the top is browned.

You can serve it warm or cold. We use a wide variety of meats & cheeses, mix it up! This can truly be whatever you want it to be.
